Application Deadline: Park Design Workshop
Event Navigation
Each year, the Park Pride’s Park Visioning team hosts a Park Design Workshop, which pairs registered Friends groups with a volunteer design professional (landscape architect or civil engineer) to get conceptual design recommendations for a focused project in your park or greenspace.

Not sure if your group is registered? Reach out to friends@parkpride.org.
This year, Park Pride will select up to five parks in our service area to work with a volunteer landscape architect or civil engineer to design a small area of a public park.
Successful applicants will meet with the designer in their park to discuss their project and ideas for how to address it. Applicants will then present their designs at the Big Park Meeting on August 14.
Past projects have included play areas, park entrances, dog parks, trails, gardens, and more! We ask you to limit your project to something small that can be built with $50,000 or less.
If you’re not sure whether your project is a good fit, reach out to Andrew White, Director of Park Visioning, to discuss: andrew@parkpride.org.
