Love trails?

Want to learn how to build and maintain them?

Volunteers are essential to construct and maintain the trails you love to ride, run or hike. MTB Atlanta is the leader in Trails Education in North Georgia and partners yearly with the National Park Service to teach sustainable trail construction and maintenance.

This is a two day course that covers sustainable trail construction, maintenece and how to run a volunteer crew on work days. The class is half classroom lecture, half field work andi s taught by Walt Bready. The class runs 9-4 each day.

Please wear weather appropriate clothing, wear closed toed shoes sturdy enough for hiking, bring gloves, water, snacks, and a notebook and a pen.

Register

This class is free to MTB Atlanta Chapter members and CRNRA Trailblazers. The class is available to all other trail enthusiasts for $50. There is a 10 person max attendance.
