This community event raises awareness for on-going park conservation efforts, volunteer opportunities, the MCP Conservancy’s playground fundraising campaign, the Brookhaven Park’s Master Plan initiative and Brookhaven Public Work’s Watershed Study improvements.

Local conservation groups will be on-hand to show and explain their environmental goals, projects and educational programs: Trees Atlanta, Chattahoochee Riverkeepers, Metro Atlanta Beekeepers, Atlanta Audubon Society, National Wildlife Federation, National Parks Service NRA, Cecil B. Day Butterfly Center, and more.

Local sports leagues will provide updates on leagues, camps, upcoming seasons and registration.

Two (2) new Brookhaven Park introductions with the Ashford Forest Preserve by PDK Airport and the Peachtree Creek Greenway, which will link with the Atlanta Beltline.
