YOUR Input Matters in the Needham Park Vision Plan

Do you live near or regularly use Needham Park? Do you like the idea of having a small neighborhood park near your home or work? Do you have ideas about how Needham Park could be enhanced and preserved for future generations to love and enjoy?

If so, we want to hear your voice!

Neighbors from the community surrounding Needham Park are embarking on a Park Visioning process. They want to create, with community input and guidance from Park Pride, a conceptual plan that will be the community’s plan. The Visioning Process will result in a conceptual plan that reflects the community’s desires for what they would like to see in their neighborhood park. Your opinion is critical to the success of this much-loved and valued greenspace.

1. Take the public survey

This is the first step in the Park Visioning process. Click the link below and let your voice be heard!

Take the Survey

Survey will be open until April 18, 2019.

2. Attend a public meeting

We will be hosting a series of public meetings over the next several months to collect ideas and get input on how Needham Park should be improved in the future through Park Pride’s Visioning Program. All meetings will be held at the Fellowship Hall of Corinth Baptist Church, 719 McLendon Drive, Scottdale, GA 30079. Mark your calendars for the public meeting dates below:

Please plan to attend one, or all, of the public meetings to help us envision the future of Needham Park. You can learn more, join the Friends of Needham Park group, and get reminders about meetings by following the Friends of Needham Park on Facebook or by going to our website at friendsofneedhampark.org

We look forward to working with you!
