Brookhaven Park is a 20.8 acre go-to destination for recreation and relaxation in the heart of Brookhaven. It also boasts the tallest playground in the U.S., a centerpiece designed to inspire adventure and active play. The park also features a serene community garden. For pet owners, the fully fenced dog park is a highlight, complete with a splash pad to keep furry friends cool and entertained.

This meeting will focus on grants and funding, offering insights into how Friends groups can secure resources to grow and sustain their parks. We’ll take a short tour of the garden and park as well as celebrate an exciting win — the Garden at Brookhaven Park’s recent successful application for a Small Change Grant! This is a great opportunity to see how Park Pride’s Small Change Grant Program can make a meaningful impact and to learn from the group’s experience.
