This Saturday, June 24 at 10 AM, there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the formal opening of the newest trail at Mason Mill Park (1406-1458 McConnell Dr, Decatur, GA 30033). It’s a beautiful winding boardwalk through shady woods and across previously inaccessible wetlands, going from the tennis center all the way to N Druid Hills Rd.

The ceremony will take place at the trail-head behind the courts at the DeKalb Tennis Center, and it will celebrate ALL of the improvements in the Mason Mill trail system. These include the trails and stream crossings at Ira B Melton Park and the Jamestown dog park, as well as the latest boardwalk.
