Food Well Alliance is accepting applications for their 2020 Community Garden Grant!  This grant exists to help community gardens address their needs to keep their gardens thriving. 

The 2020 Community Garden Grant offers 3 opportunities to support your community garden:
1) $1,500 Garden Improvement Grant–for use on garden infrastructure, supplies, materials, or tools
2) Compost Delivery Grant–a cubic yard of organic compost delivered to your garden
3) Compost System Grant–construction of a sturdy 3-bin compost system at your garden 

Gardens can select to be considered for 1, 2, or all 3 of these options.  

Applications are due through Food Well Alliance’s online grant system by Tuesday, February 18th at 11:59 p.m.  Please visit the Food Well Alliance website for more information and to get your application started today.

Gardeners in Metro Atlanta have used this grant in the past for replacing or adding raised beds, adding signage to their garden, for tools and tool storage, garden irrigation, purchasing compost and other planting materials, other garden infrastructure, and more.  Past recipients or applicants are eligible to apply.
