Blue Heron Nature Preserve is selling tickets for a two-hour walk with Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Phyllis Abramson, RN, PhD. Experience a deep nature connection to peel the layers of stress away and experience support healing by experiencing the medicine of the forest.

The walk will consist of relaxing and engaging activities to activate the senses, deepen your connection with nature, hone intuition and connect with the natural world. The walk will be 1.5 miles in length on well maintained trail, though there are some instances where it is uneven. The walk will be on rain or shine, unless it is a really big downpour or violent storm.
