On Thursday, December 9, Park Pride joined the Friends of Mozley Park, the City of Atlanta Department of Parks and Recreation, and neighbors to celebrate the official opening of a new dog park in Mozley Park, the FIRST on Atlanta’s Westside!
This dog park–initially identified by Mozley Park residents through the 2019 Park Visioning effort conducted with the community by Park Pride’s landscape architects–was funded entirely through a Park Pride Legacy Grant.
