Urban Ecology Public Meeting

We need your input!  The Department of City Planning is undertaking a study (called the Urban Ecology Framework) to determine how Atlanta’s natural resources should be protected, restored, and enhanced. This meeting will review the needs assessment analysis and discuss potential future scenarios. Dragon-Con Pre-Party at Woodruff Park

Volunteer Day at Sara J. Gonzalez Park

Join Park Pride and the Friends of Sara J. Gonzalez Park to pitch in for the greener good! Come and hear the history behind the newly redesigned Sara J. Gonzalez Park, and then help complete the finishing touches ahead of its ribbon-cutting. Volunteers are needed to help clean the long perimeter fence along Pine Grove Dr., as well as weeding, edging, and laying straw in new flower beds to get them ready for fall planting! This is a family-friendly volunteer opportunity……
