Tour of Jennie Drake Park

Join Eco-A and Friends of Jennie Drake Park for a tour of Jennie Drake Park. Originally on the outskirts of Atlanta, this park highlights the type of forest that makes Atlanta’s urban canopy in many older neighborhoods so special–it holds remaining pieces of the old growth forest of our region.

Urban Nature Walk / Caminata Urbana en la Naturaleza

Join us at our next Nature for All – Atlanta adventure as we enjoy a FREE bilingual nature walk through one of Atlanta’s unique urban forests. Spend your morning connecting to nature along the paved PATH trail and learn about the history and ecology of the Lionel Hampton-Beecher Nature Preserve, located on the ancestral lands of the Muscogee/Creek people. After the walk, hang around to enjoy snacks, conversation, and connection with new friends. This event is dog and family friendly.…
