Kick-Off Workshop: Urban Ecology Framework
City of Atlanta’s Department of City Planning is conducting a study that will determine what aspects of nature in Atlanta should be protected, restored, and enhanced. The study will include an inventory and evaluation of the City’s natural features, including creeks and watersheds, forest and tree canopy, public and private greenspaces, urban wildlife, and more.
Two kick-off workshops will take place on Tuesday, March 13th at the Post-Office Cowork at 86 Pryor St. Atlanta, GA 30303.
The first workshop takes place from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., and the second is from 1 – 3 p.m.
Post-Office Cowork is a block east from the Five Point MARTA Station (Upper Alabama and Pryor St.) and near the Fulton County Courthouse Relay Bike Station. There are two parking decks at 75 and 95 MLK Jr. Dr. SW, surface lots and street parking on Pryor St and valet at the Fairfield Inn.
