This form serves as an application for groups who operate existing community gardens in City of Atlanta parks to renew their Garden Adoption Agreements. Park Pride and the Department of Parks & Recreation will review submissions and either approve adoption renewal in writing or request further clarification.

Ensure that you have read and understood the following sections in particular: Primary Contact Responsibilities, Plot Assignment & Use, and Garden Maintenance. You will be invited to renew your Garden Adoption annually from here forward, at the beginning of each calendar year. These policies constitute the minimum requirements for operating a community garden in City of Atlanta Parks.
