Cancellations & Refunds
Registrations may be canceled for a refund up to two (2) weeks prior to the conference start date. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus a $50 cancellation fee. To request a refund, please reach out to marlina@parkpride.org.
Convert Your Registration to a Tax-Deductible Donation
If you are unable to attend, you may elect to convert your registration payment to a tax-deductible donation in lieu of a refund. Upon request, we will provide written confirmation for your records.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee at no additional cost through Friday, March 20 (prior to the conference). After this deadline, transfers cannot be guaranteed.
Nonrefundable Tickets
Scholarship registrations and student discounted tickets are nonrefundable and are not eligible for cancellation refunds.
