As of the date above, "Friends Group", has authorized the individual(s) named above as the designated Project Liaison/s who have authority to present fundraising activity plans and proposals to PP for approval, manage projects approved by PP that will use funds from the "Grreenspace" Restricted Fund, and request expenditures from the "Greenspace" Restricted Fund for approval from PP.
