Celebrate Earth Day with Park Pride and the Friends of Shoal Creek Parks! Volunteer alongside neighbors at Shoal Creek Park I, giving back to our planet and beautifying a beloved local greenspace. We’ll tackle projects like saving trees from English ivy, clearing vegetation at a pedestrian park entrance, and cleaning trash out of Shoal Creek.

It is recommended that you wear closed-toed shoes and long pants and sleeves to mitigate any scratches or accidental contact with poison ivy.

Park Pride will provide work gloves and tools. Water will be available – please bring your refillable water bottle.
