DeKalb Co. RPCA Citizens Advisory Board is an 11 member advisory body appointed by the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Commissioners, Board of Education, DeKalb Municipal Association and legislative delegation.

The board provides general direction and advice on the types of activities and facilities and assists the RPCA in their efforts. All meetings are open to the public.
