Volunteering in Parks

Parks Are Better Because of You

Every year, Park Pride helps thousands of volunteers get their hands dirty for a good cause.

How It Works

Volunteer with a Friends of the Park Group

Many Friends of the Park groups across the city host regular volunteer days to beautify, maintain, and institute long-lasting, positive change within their neighborhood parks. Park Pride works with Hands On Atlanta to make connecting with these volunteer opportunities fast and easy.

Corporate Volunteer Experience

Volunteer Days Designed for Your Team

Bring your team together for a volunteer day designed just for your business! Park Pride handles the planning, scoping, coordination with the City, and on-site leadership, so your volunteers arrive with tasks assigned and the tools, training, and materials ready to go. All you need to do is rally your crew, then enjoy a productive day outdoors making a lasting impact in a local park.

We ask our Corporate Partners to help cover the cost of creating this tailored experience. Final pricing is based on the agreed-upon group size, project scope, and materials.

What to Expect

Whether it’s picking up litter or clearing invasive plants, we’ll partner with you to plan a project that makes a meaningful and lasting impact in a local park. While each project and each park are different, there are a few things that you can always expect while planning and participating in a Park Pride volunteer day.
