If your Friends of the Park group wants to hold a workday but isn’t sure where to start, Park Pride can help. We can help you plan, and if needed, we’ll be there on the day to help it run smoothly.

What we can help with

• Setting goals and scope
• Recruiting volunteers and assigning roles
• Finding tools, supplies, and resources
• Handling permissions, safety, and logistics
• Supporting you on the day of the event

What to expect

Our goal is to help your group build the skills and confidence to run workdays on your own. Most groups need a conversation or two to get going. After that, we’ll share templates and checklists so you can take it from there.
