The Picnic for Parks

4673 PP picnic for parks3The Picnic for Parks on September 18, 2014, was more than just another fundraising event. It was a one time, 25th Anniversary celebration of parks that united park advocates, supporters and friends. It was our opportunity to say “thank you” to those who’ve stood by us since our founding in 1989. It was a party to recognize corporate partners and volunteers who’ve helped us surpass 500,000 service hours improving parks. It was a chance to commemorate funders and community members that helped us achieve results that never could have been possible working alone.

But most importantly, it was a beautiful evening with Park Pride celebrating parks!
