DESCRIPTION:Due to the severe weather anticipated for Friday\, this event has been cancelled. Stay tuned for details on next month’s walk! \nWhat better way to start the new year than with a walk in the park? Join us on Friday\, Jan. 10 at 9 a.m. for a stroll around Candler Park! Led by the Candler Park Conservancy\, we’ll check out the new playground (supported in part by a Park Pride grant) and take a walk along the natural surface path through the mature hardwood forest. \nBring your coffee and your walking shoes! Looking forward to ringing in the new year with you all! \nNOTE: We’ll meet in the parking lot adjacent to the pool. The walk is stroller and dog-friendly.
