DESCRIPTION:The City of Atlanta is now holding budget briefings\, and we want you to be an Informed Advocate! In collaboration with the Center for Civic Innovation and Propel ATL\, we’re hosting an Informed Advocacy Session to make the budget more digestible and easier to understand. \nOur session will begin with an overview of the City Budget\, followed by a breakdown of sections related to the Department of Parks and Recreation (covered by Park Pride) and the Department of Transportation (covered by Propel ATL). \nWe will explore opportunities to make the budgeting process more transparent and to advance a vision for our City that includes exceptional parks and greenspaces and a world class transportation network.
