Fundraising for park projects can be challenging as each park, park project, and community is unique. But don’t get discouraged! There are some tried and true tactics to successful park fundraising.

Attendees of this workshop will learn all the tips and tricks to organizing and successfully executing a fundraising campaign for any sized park project. Park Pride grants will be discussed as a critical way to reach your fundraising goals. You’ll walk through Park Pride’s grant application forms step-by-step, discussing all of the requirements needed to submit a complete application (including the new Letter of Intent required for Community Building and Legacy Grants).

This is a mandatory workshop for all Friends of the Park groups applying for Park Pride Community Building and Legacy Grants in 2018. However, all members of Friends of the Park groups are invited and encouraged to attend!

Be sure to be in attendance so that you can learn about preparing a successful grant application to bring your projects to fruition.

Please Note:

Park Pride’s grant application process has changed, therefore this workshop is mandatory for any Friends of the Park group applying for a Community Building or Legacy Grant this year.
